Build it. Test it. Then decide if it’s ready.
When the evidence supports it, I build and test one workflow with your team, on your cases, in an approved test environment. Your business owner decides whether it passes. Then I hand it over for your people to run.

Build something new, or fix what you have.
Every proposal names which one you’re buying. They are priced separately.
A new approach for one workflow.
For when a Decision Sprint, or your own earlier work, has given us a baseline and a clear specification.
- A working version in an approved test environment
- Tested by the people who will use it
- Handed over with training and documentation
An existing pilot that isn’t working.
For a tool your team has tried that gives unreliable answers, adds rework, or goes unused.
- Find where it breaks down on your real cases
- A tested fix: configuration, rules, review steps, or a process change
- Or a clear reason to stop
Agree what “good” means before anything is built.
Your business owner signs off on the success criteria first, so the result can’t be argued afterwards.
- Before we start
Set the bar.
Your business owner and an experienced team member agree the expected outcomes and which errors matter: turnaround, rework, reviewer effort, and cost per completed case.
- Early weeks
Build it.
I build the approach in an approved test environment, with source citations, rules, and exception paths where they’re needed.
- Later weeks
Test it with users.
The people who will use it work through routine and exception cases. We count review time and running costs, not just speed.
- The last week
Accept and hand over.
Your business owner records acceptance, conditional acceptance, or rejection. I train your team and hand over everything they need to run it.
Financial lender reports, automated
“Can we trust the numbers before they go to our funders?”
Monthly reports to the lender’s own funders were built by hand in complex spreadsheets. I built report engines that rebuild each report from the loan data and compare it with the current version, then handed them to the capital-markets team. The checks surfaced spreadsheet issues that are hard to spot by eye.
Read the case study ↗︎A tested workflow your team can run.
Not a slide deck or a demo. Everything is tested against criteria your business owner agreed at the start.
- A working version in an approved test environment, or a tested fix for your existing pilot.
- Test cases and expected results, so your team can re-test it after any change.
- Review and exception paths: when a person checks the work, and what happens with cases it can’t handle.
- Versioned findings on accuracy, rework, reviewer effort, and running cost.
- Training for the people who will use and oversee it.
- A handoff package: how it works, what to watch, and what to do when it gets something wrong.
Your team runs it.
Clear ownership from day one.
- Your people operate it day to day, with the training and handoff package
- Your business owner keeps the decision to deploy, and stays accountable for it
- If you decide to go live, I can help your technology team with the move, scoped separately
- For ongoing help, Ongoing Workflow Advisory is available on a fixed term
Kept separate on purpose.
- Approval to deploy in production, which stays with you
- Round-the-clock support or on-call incident response
- Formal independent model review or validation
- Open-ended development or extra staff
A tested workflow, and a team ready to run it.
I only propose a pilot when the Sprint’s numbers show it can pay for itself. Every pilot measures cost per completed case before and after, so you can see whether it did.
- The working versionBuilt and tested on your cases in an approved test environment.
- Re-test kitTest cases and expected results, so your team can re-check it after any change.
- A trained ownerYour people trained to run it, and a named owner who answers for it.
- 30 days of handover supportQuestions answered and small fixes made for a month after handoff.
Agreed-Bar Guarantee
Your business owner sets the pass mark before I build. If the pilot misses it because of my build, not your data or access, I fix it at my cost for up to two weeks. If it still doesn’t pass, you get a documented do-not-deploy with the reasons.
I guarantee the build and the testing, not that every workflow should go live.
I run one pilot at a time. Each takes six to eight weeks of my own time, so start dates are booked in order.
At one lenderA card-statement tool now in use turned about a day of typing each month into about an hour of review (my estimate), and a fund-questions chatbot passed 30 tests before launch without a made-up answer.
Before you book.
Do we have to do a Decision Sprint first?
Not if earlier work already gives us a credible baseline and a clear specification. You shouldn’t pay for the same discovery twice.
What if it doesn’t pass?
Then you have a documented “do not deploy”, with the reasons. That is a valid result, and much cheaper than finding out after rollout.
Who builds it?
I do, working with your team. The people who know the work shape it and test it, so they understand it when they take it over.
What happens with our data?
The pilot runs in an environment and with tools your IT, security and risk teams have approved. We agree what data it can use before building starts.
Ready to test one workflow?
In 30 minutes, tell me what you’ve learned so far and what you’d want a pilot to show. We’ll see whether a pilot, a Decision Sprint, or neither makes sense.
